Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website. It covers this website only; if you telephone or email E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing directly, the same people hold the same information for the same reasons, but nothing on this page is what put it there.
Who is responsible for your data
E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing is the data controller for the personal data described here. Postal address: 40 Test Street, SL6 7FE. Data protection enquiries: alex+convmu1duwhp@tradesplace.co.uk.
What this website collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, your telephone number and your email address, and gives you a space to describe the work and to say which services you are interested in. All of that is sent exactly as you type it.
Two things are recorded that you do not type. A one-way scrambled form of your network address is stored to stop the form being used for bulk spam — it cannot be turned back into your address, and it is not used to identify you. A record is also kept of whether you were referred here by an AI assistant, which is a count rather than anything about you.
Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create, no profile built about you, and no advertising network involved.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your details are used to answer your enquiry and to quote for the work — which is a step you asked for, so the lawful basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where you are enquiring on behalf of a company, the basis is E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing's legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)).
Your details are not sold, and they are not used to market unrelated services to you.
Who else handles it
The companies below are the ones that can see an enquiry sent through this form.
| Who | What they do with it |
|---|---|
| Railway | Hosts the application and the database the enquiry is stored in. |
| Cloudflare | Serves this website, filters spam submissions, and counts visits. |
| Resend | Delivers the email that tells the business about the enquiry. |
| Vonage | Sends the text or WhatsApp alert alerting the business to a new enquiry. |
| Sentry | Records technical errors, which can incidentally include a submitted value. |
Your enquiry is stored on servers in Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU). Some of the companies above are based outside the UK; where that means your details leave the UK, the transfer is covered either by the UK's adequacy regulations or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.
Who runs this website
This website is built, hosted and maintained for E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing by TradesPlace, who hold enquiry data on E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing's written instructions and for no purpose of their own. In data protection terms E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing is the controller and TradesPlace is the processor. The terms governing that are published at https://staging.tradesplace.co.uk/data-processing, and the full list of companies involved at https://staging.tradesplace.co.uk/subprocessors.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept while it is being dealt with and afterwards as a record of the job, for up to 24 months. Ask at any time and it is deleted — that is a request that gets carried out, not a period that expires on its own.
If you go on to become a customer, the record is kept for as long as E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing does business with you and for six years afterwards, which is what HMRC requires of business records.
If E2E_TEST_mu1duwhp Osei Plumbing stops using TradesPlace, everything held on their behalf — enquiries included — is deleted within 30 days of the website coming down.
